By accessing or using Aggretrade software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Aggretrade service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Aggretrade software for your personal or internal business purposes.

3. Beta and Paper Trading

Aggretrade is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed without notice, and the service is provided "as is". During the beta all trading is simulated (paper trading) on a built-in demo account or on exchange test accounts that you connect. No real money is used and no orders are sent to live markets. Simulated results do not reflect real trading conditions and do not predict real results.

4. Trading Disclaimer

Aggretrade is a trading software tool and does not provide investment advice, recommendations or signals. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions.

5. Fees

Aggretrade is free during the beta. We will tell you before any paid features are introduced, and you will not be charged unless you agree to it first.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or trading losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through email notification.
